not enough time!

Sorry it's been so long again! This week I am sceduled to work 96 hours. I can sleep through some of the night ones if things are slow, but not so much when there are babies! I have 2 primary births now and I've been to 16 birth in 18 days and do prenatal and postpartum visits almost every day. It is great to be able to work on my skills all the time!

Molly had adjusted well to her new surroundings. She loves having a new house to discover, pressing the buttons in the elevator, has discovered the joys of slides, and gets very upset when she has to stop playing with rocks (There is not a lot of grass here as it is so dry, and mnay places just have gravel instead. She loves to makes piles of gravel on the curb!). Yesterday I had the whole day off, so we went for a hike in the mountains in the state park that is 20 minutes from us. There were lots of cactus and no trees, so we were glad we went in the morning before it got too hot. (The camera and computer are definately not compatible, so you'll have to wait till I get back to see any pictures.) A few days before we took a gondola ride up to the top of one of the mountains. There is an amazing 360 degree view at the top. They said it was 0 degrees at the top, but Andy and I disagreed with that as we were just in pants and t shirts and were still pretty comfortable (don't worry mom, Molly did have a sweater on!).
