letter to santa

Molly and I talked about writing a letter to Santa. She seemed pretty excited about it, but we never did sit down to write the letter. One day we got a sparkly Christmas card in the mail and she got very excited. She ran to get a pen and said she was going to write a letter to Santa. She sat down and wrote her letter. The letter M!


We eventually did write a letter (or many letters, I guess) to Santa. When we were walking to the mailbox she got really upset when I said the mailman would pick up the letter from the mailbox. Her letter was for Santa, she didn't want the mailman to get her letter!
