carrot harvest

After weeks of thinking about harvesting the carrots, I was forced to bring them in a few days ago as the forecast was calling for snow. The carrots turned out really nice, in spite of being planted in June! We ended up with less than I thought we would, but we should be eating our carrots for the next month or two.
