After we pulled out the mountain ash and extended the yard 7 feet 2 years ago
Last year we debated about what to do with the backyard and who would do it. And suddenly it was the fall, and nothing had happened. We had someone come over on Friday for a quote, and ended up having it landscaped that afternoon!
It all went so smoothly! We ordered sod that evening, hoping it would arrive the next day, but knowing it would likely come Monday. And then... it rained for 3 days, I got sick, Molly got sick, Andy and I had almost no sleep and the sod got delivered. Not ideal timing!
We did survive the sodding, and look forward to being able to use the backyard this summer!

The backyard looks great and it must be nice to have it done early enough in the Spring that you'll all be able to enjoy it in the summer. I guess the swing set is next. Love Dad
