Her arm looked normal. Talking to my mom, I was trying to talk myself out of going to the hospital until Andy tried to give Molly a toy. She is always very happy to grab a toy with both hands so she can get it to her mouth asap. But she would only grab the toy with her right hand. Her left arm didn't move at all. I decided that was it, we were headed to the hospital. I hung up the phone, and Andy started dressing her again, at which point, she started moving her left arm! Just a little bit at first, but within 30 seconds she was back to her old self! Hooray! We think that when she fell asleep on her side, her arm fell asleep and once I moved her and the pins and needles were all gone, she just didn't know that she could move her arm again.
I'm amazed at how worried we were and how quickly we came up with problems like a bug bite, stroke, and neurological damage. I think I have a bit better idea now at how heart wrenching parenting will be. I guess I owe an apology to my parents for all the stress I put them through!
Here are some pictures of her playing with both hands today. Woohoo!
I love this face!

Molly is getting to be soooooooo cute...... miss you guys
Love Memere
I am so thankful that the health scare was quickly resolved and all three of you well and happy
As Memere says it is just the beginning of the challenges as the children develope and give parents that "What's next" feeling when things happen. You all did very well and look great in the pictures.
Love G.G.
